HOW DO I GO ABOUT BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?

All bookings are subject to availability. You can book an appointment online via the contact page on the website to get a quote and check availability for all high end services.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE MAKEUP APPLICATION TAKE?

Appointment times will vary depending upon the service and person but on average, full face makeup applications take approximately 60 mins. Bride applications take approximately 90-120 mins. Please be mindful of a full-face application time when inquiring about large parties and wedding events. An assistant is recommended for larger parties or if there is a time constraint- for an additional fee.

 

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THE APPOINTMENT?

Clients are not required to bring any items to their appointment. However, If you have a specific type of cream or foundation you prefer, you are welcome to bring it with you as an option. Please make sure you arrive with a clean face, groomed brows, and no makeup. You are encouraged to bring images with you to illustrate your desired look for your service.

 

DO YOU OFFER “EYES ONLY” APPOINTMENTS?

We are artists in the true sense. It's our belief that providing our clients with partial makeup applications compromises our artistry. We DO NOT offer "eyes only" appointments. 

 

DOES THE MAKEUP APPLICATION INCLUDE LASHES?

Yes, a complimentary natural lash is included and recommended to make your look complete but is not required. 

 

6. DOES GLAMBYMOI PROVIDE MAKEUP LESSONS?

Yes. We offer both individual and group lessons and classes. Please contact us for more details and pricing information.

 

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Yes we all travel for our clients and offer On-site services only. Please send an email with date, time and location for all travel requests, pricing varies.

 

DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF STATE AND OVERSEAS FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes, Glambymoi has traveled across the country and internationally for destination weddings and events. Travel and Lodging are required at clients expense. Email for a quote.

 

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. All appointments require a deposit, which will go toward your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to a new date. If you have trouble booking online you may email info@glambymoi.com for assistance.
 

ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH ALL ETHNICITIES?

Yes, we are all professionals and well-trained makeup artist/hairstylists therefore is more than comfortable working with all skin tones and carries many different shades of foundations.

 

WILL I NEED TO TOUCH UP MY MAKEUP AT ANY TIME? WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LIPSTICK WEARS OFF?

You may need to retouch your lips through out the day and if you need to eat, we suggest picking up a similar lip color to have for your personal use after your appointment. We do offer makeup bookings with a lip product included. If you have not booked this service prior to your booking, then there's the option to buy a lip product for touch ups. The costs lip product is €30,- we only carry luxury brand lip products with us.

 

ARE THERE EXTRA FEES FOR HOLIDAYS OR EARLY MORNING START TIMES?

Yes. The cost will increase for services requested on holidays or before/after normal business hours. Weddings upcharge vary for holidays and before hours- email for more info.

APPOINTMENTS: 

Makeup appointments can be booked online up to 90 days in advance. Please be mindful, deposits are not automatically taken at the time of your request. Every online request requires an approval. Please allow 48 business hours for the review of your request. You will be notified by text messages or email with a confirmation link and receipt of your deposit. No deposit, no approval means that there is no appointment. If you have not received a response in 48 hours- please give us a call. 

 

WEDDINGS:

Weddings, Classes, Photo shoots, Events, Etc- REQUEST A QUOTE on the website to book. Provide as much information as possible. Allow 48 business hours for a response to your request. 

 

DEPOSITS:

Deposits are required for booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. An extra fee will be applied to appointments before or after regular business hours and to all Sunday appointments. Holiday Appointments are an up charge as well.  Wedding pricing can be requested via completion of a quote form. 

 

LATE FEES:

If you are late for your appointment, a €20 late fee may apply after 15 min or your appointment may be subject to cancellation. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. ​

EXPECTATIONS:

Please limit the number of third parties you bring with you. PLEASE COME WITH A CLEAN FACE NO MAKEUP no mascara and groomed eyebrows. PLEASE be mindful of phone usage while the artist is working on your face. 

PINKEYE/COLDSORE/FACIALHERPES

We don’t work on faces, eyes, or lips that carry infections. If discovered, we have the right to refuse or stop service at any point, a refund will not be issued.
